YouSendIt, the online service that allows you to send large attachments via email has a plugin that allows you to send files directly from Final Cut Pro. It appears at the bottom of the export menu. You do need to have a YouSendIt account to use the service, but the account is free to send files up to 100MB and they have premium accounts for larger files.

• After you have installed the plug-in, start the Final Cut Pro application by double clicking Final Cut Pro installed in your Applications folder or by clicking on the Final Cut Pro icon in the Dock.
• Open a Final Cut Pro project.
• Choose File > Export > Send by YouSendIt.
• In the Send by YouSendIt dialog, make any changes to your media assets.
• Click the Send button.
• This launches the YouSendIt Express application.
• Enter your YouSendIt account name and password and sign in.
• If you do not have a YouSendIt user account, click on the SIGN UP button and follow the instructions to create an account. You may choose to create a free “Lite” account.
• After you sign in, enter the email addresses of the recipients and an optional subject and message.
• You can also click on the ADD FILES or ADD FOLDER button to add more files and folders to send.
• Click on the Send Options tab on the top to choose options like Password Protection, Certified Delivery, Return Receipt, and File Expiration if required.
• Click on the SEND IT button to send the files.
• A progress bar will be displayed showing the file upload progress.
• An email notification will be sent to both the sender and the recipients with a download link to the files.Minimum System Requirements
