Oliver Peters has a great blog post about cutting a feature on Final Cut Pro. Most of the stuff that I edit is short form 30 minutes or less, so it is pretty interesting to hear him discuss the process for a feature. The article also has some interesting points about the entire filmmaking process that is well worth the read.
They went from the first day of shooting to the premier in 3 1/2 months!
