Welcome to The Final Cut Professional's Submission section. The Final Cut Professional was created for you, the Final Cut Pro user. The site cannot possibly answer all Final Cut Pro related questions on its own, which is why we encourage our visitors to submit articles themselves.

The only way that The Final Cut Professional can reach it's full potential is if you help out!

Submit your own articles

Would you like to see your articles and videos on The Final Cut Professional? All you have to do is write a Final Cut Pro article or shoot a video that fits into one of our 5 categories (News, Tips and Tricks, Troubleshooting, Tutorials or Downloads). Please make sure to check the site to see if a similar article has already been written.

The next step is to Register as a Contributor. Simply click on the link, type in your desired Username and your email address and a password will be emailed to you. Included in the email will be further instructions on how to post an article to the site.

Submit ideas for articles

Looking for something that you can’t find here? Let us know by sending a brief description of what you would like to see to ideas@thefinalcutpro.com with the title of the idea in the subject line. Be sure to include your name and email address so that we can give you credit!

Why Submit an Article?

    • Promote yourself or your services - When you submit an article to The Final Cut Professional, we give you complete credit. This includes your name and a link to your website if you have one. If you write an article that our viewers enjoy, they will check out your site and this will be free promotion. You can even post articles that you have already posted on your site.
    • Help new editors get started - We have all been there. You finish a movie, sit down to edit and you have no idea where or how to begin. My goal with this site is to give new editors what I wish I had at the beginning, advice from the pros.
    • Learn more about the program - Even if you think you know everything there is to know about Final Cut Pro, you don’t. There is always more to learn and different ways to go about solving problems. By writing an article on a topic, you will become more knowledgeable about that area. You will also receive comments from our visitors that will further stimulate your learning.
