Nattress has a free package of about 10 plugins for Final Cut Pro. These include things like a plugin for a smoother looking Reverse, better speed controls, a gradient dissolve and more.

YouSendIt, the online service that allows you to send large attachments via email has a plugin that allows you to send files directly from Final Cut Pro. It appears at the bottom of the export menu. You do need to have a YouSendIt account to use the service, but the account is free to send [...]
